Canyon Springs is hosting a Mental Heath First Aid training facilitated by Lisa Ruhl, Christian Psychology department head at Boise Bible College.

Registration deadline is June 12th and you must be 18 or older to attend. Childcare is not provided for this event.

This internationally recognized course:

• Teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to a variety of mental health issues.

• Prepares you to intervene when a mental health crisis is occurring, to bridge the gap between the crisis and professional help.

• Provides help in decision making during difficult situations.

Upon completion, attendees receive a 3-year certification from the National Council for Well Being.

This training is valued at $160.00, but we are offering it at $30 per person. Manuals, lunch, and coffee are included!
